Lunch will be on the way, where you’ll taste Kyrgyz kattama, a traditional layered bread served with sour cream.

Afterward, we continue to Ak Sai Canyon, located along the southern shore of Issyk-Kul Lake. Here, you’ll enjoy a gentle hike to the panoramic viewpoint, opening a vast scene of canyons and the blue stretch of Issyk-Kul beneath.

By evening, we arrive at Bokonbaevo village, where you’ll settle into a warm guesthouse and enjoy dinner.

Day 2. Bokonbaevo – Skazka Canyon – Barskoon Gorge – Jeti Oguz Rocks – Karakol Town

Next, we continue to Barskoon Gorge, famous for its waterfalls and mountain pine forests. A short hike will take you to a viewpoint overlooking the valley, and waterfalls.

Later, we head to Jeti Oguz Rocks, where the “Seven Bulls” rise in deep red contrast against the green slopes. Here, we’ll walk to a panoramic viewpoint.

By evening, we reach Karakol town, the cultural heart of eastern Kyrgyzstan. Dinner at a cozy local café and overnight in a guesthouse or small hotel (optional upgrade to 3★).

In the afternoon, we’ll explore the Karakol Gorge, where optional activities like snow tubing (~$6 extra cost) or horseback riding (~$12-$16 extra cost) are available.
